BCP is a division of Naleg Inc. No Cancellations once the order has been paid out. No Refunds once the order has been picked up. All orders are approved by the customer. Payment of any invoice from the customer is the final approval of the customer's order.  Once production starts, we cannot cancel or change designs. We are not responsible for damage to the order once picked up. Cameras on site. Order must be picked up within 10 days or the order will be subject to storage & restock in which we hold no responsibility for the whereabouts of the order. No Reprints unless the project was made wrong by BCP. The customer must show proof and bring back  design/print errors within 5 days of the requested reprint or no reprints or refund can be done. If we do not hear back from the customer after the 6th day, then the customer opts out of any possible reprints or refunds. BCP no longer is responsible.
